Selling our house

we need to sell our house. it was our dream house, custom designed with tonnes of functional space and room for everyone as they grow! The kitchen is spacious with a fabulous 6 burner gas stove and the ensuite was inspired by many of the spa bathrooms we have seen! And custom to the house- an oversized pantry and a walk in linen closet. The basement is completely finished too!
it has many many upgrades, and is located on a gorgeous lot with a spectacular view of our prairie sunsets !!!
if you or someone you know are looking to buy in saskatoon, please pass this on.

AND...there is an open house this weekend. Saturday from 1-4!

  1. What a beautiful home!! I can only imagine how difficult it is to move away from it. Praying that God finds the right family to bless with this home! Blessings and strength to your family in the transitions to come and as we all wait...

  2. It sounds like a wonderful home! I hope you were able to move into another dream home. I, too, was reluctant to sell our first home, and can't imagine moving into another house. But with the right help of real estate pros, the money we got from selling the house is big enough to let us purchase another dreamy home. =)

  3. It must’ve been quite hard for you to sell your dream house, given how you said how beautiful it was. What made decide to sell it? Your house deserves a really good price; you must not sell it for a price lower than what it doesn’t deserve. Have you found a buyer? How was the selling process? #Calvin Mordarski

  4. Wow! That must have been a very beautiful home. What with a walk-in linen closet and a beautiful en suite bathroom! I'm sure you'll make great money out of the sale, and good luck on finding yourselves a new home!
